Within easy reach of Arun Retreats are good country pubs and fantastic attractions like Goodwood, Petworth House and the beaches on the Sussex coast.

This gorgeously Georgian house is all yours for the whole of your stay; wander through its welcoming rooms, stroll around the large and private grounds, lounge by the pool on warmer days, watch spectacular sunsets from the balcony and morning mists rising from the River Arun. 12 bedrooms sleep 24 guests and there’s room for 4 more at an extra charge per person; the house has a huge games room with a snooker table, table tennis, air hockey, darts and table football, and a movie room for cosy film nights. Outside in the large grounds are a heated pool (Apr-Oct), a tennis court, and children’s play area; beyond is more of the estate land with scenic riverside walks.
